Hoboken Pie has been serving Austin, TX since 2008, offering specialty pies, late-night slices, and a loyal neighborhood following. With a focus on high-quality ingredients, stellar customer service, and extended hours, the goal of this campaign was to increase brand visibility and secure a spot on the Best of Austin 2023 nomination ballot for the first time in over a decade.
To maximize visibility during Best of Austin 2023, our team developed a short-term, high-impact activation designed to encourage customer participation and nominations. Two Guest Appreciation Days were hosted between August 10-21, offering $2 slices during peak evening hours to drive foot traffic and engagement.

With Hoboken Pie operating exclusively through a walk-up window and no indoor seating, the campaign required creative, on-site solutions to capture nominations in real time. Tactics included:
On-site QR code banners placed on both sides of the walk-up window, pointing guests directly to the nomination page.

The campaign successfully secured Hoboken Pie a place on the Best of Austin 2023 nomination ballot for both Best Pizza and Best Late Night Dining, the brand's first appearance on the ballot in over 15 years.
